Have you organized your expertise into a repeatable process?
Youâve spent years, maybe decades, developing your expertise.
Knowledge. Experience. Skills. Processes. Techniques. Tools. Judgment. Stories.
But thereâs an important question if you want to turn that expertise into a successful online business:
Have you organized what you know into a repeatable process for helping someone else to achieve the result they want?
That was the question we explored at Fridayâs Online Experts Roundtable.
Doctorâs Notes
One of the challenges I see experienced professionals encounter when moving online is that they know too much.
Their expertise wasnât developed by following a neat five-step process.
It accumulated over years of education, experience, successes, mistakes, client work, and problem solving.
That depth of expertise is valuable.
But it can also make it difficult to answer a deceptively simple question:
What exactly do I teach and how do I deliver that expertise to others?
The answer isnât necessarily to create more content.
It may be to better organize and convey what you already know.

How Do You Turn Your Expertise Into Results?
Structure What You Know and Choose How Youâll Deliver It
Think about the results you help your clients achieve.
Your clients start at Point A, where they are now, and they want to get to Point B, where they aspire to be.
You probably already know how to help them make that transformation. Youâve learned it through years of education, experience, and working with clients.
But is that process organized?
Thatâs the purpose of your Signature Transformation Framework.
It takes the expertise that uniquely exists in your head and organizes it into a repeatable process that client can use to produce the results they want.
Once you have that framework defined, it forms the foundation of your entire online business.
Thatâs what I explore in this weekâs Online Profits Insight.

Kajabi Korner
Multiple Delivery Options in One Tool
One reason I like an integrated platform such as Kajabi is that the same underlying expertise can be delivered in many different formats without requiring a different technology platform for every experience.
A subset of your framework (a splinter) might become the basis for a lead magnet, an email sequence, a workshop, a course, a coaching program, or a paid subscription with a private community, each of which can be delivered using Kajabi.
So, the technology doesn't determine what you offer. You decide how you want to deliver the transformation and then use Kajabi to deliver it.

Sprint to Success!
Take 15 minutes this week and write down the major steps you typically use to help a client get from where they are to where they want to be.
Don't worry about making it perfect.
Just ask:
If I had to explain how I produce results for my clients as a repeatable process, what would the major steps be?
That first draft may be the beginning of your own Signature Transformation Framework.
