Start with a simple, but complete customer experience
One of the reasons experienced professionals struggle with building an online business is that they approach it as a collection of projects. Build a website. Create a course. Set up email marketing. Start posting on social media.
But the real objective is to create a complete customer experience, supported by essential online assets and processes that work together. And you don't need to build everything at once.
Start with one revenue-generating offer and the capabilities needed to sell and deliver it. Then add the marketing support that brings in prospective customers.
Keep your first business version simple, but support a complete customer experience from beginning to end.
