Kajabi Made Simple - Framework System Sprint

A SPRINT is a development project to complete a functioning system in a short time frame. One example is shown above for a live/onlilne course.

We will work together on this project.

You will complete a fully functional Kajabi project in 1 month, AND

You will gain the skills you need to maintain and improve your own Kajabi system or supervise assistants to do the hands-on work going forward.

STEP 1. 1:1 PRIVATE business strategy and planning session.

The outcome is Step 2.

STEP 2 - Choose the project you want to build, for example -

• CORE WEBSITE - Home, About, Contact, Calendar
• LEAD MAGNET - Free opt-in funnel with email follow up
• BLOG & NEWSLETTER - Set up Blog & send email newsletters
• LIVE WORKSHOP - free or purchased live training workshop
• WEBINAR or VIDEO SERIES - free or purchased
• LIVE MULTI-SESSION TRAINING or GROUP COACHING
• ONLINE COURSE or TRAINING LIBRARY
• 1:1 PRIVATE COACHING/CONSULTING
• GROUP COACHING
• PRIVATE ONLINE COMMUNITY

STEP 3: I BUILD A KAJABI FRAMEWORK for you.

This will be a complete set of web pages, forms, emails, and events as needed for your selected sprint. These assets will be completed with "bare bones" content.

STEP 4: YOU COMPLETE YOUR PROJECT

by filling in the detailed content with live interactive guidance and support from me.

You do the work to learn the hands-on skills and I will coach you through the specifics of how to complete all the Kajabi assets you need to complete your project In the following ways:

• 4 Weekly LIVE Interactive Business Strategy and "how to" project implementation support sessions in a small group
  (3 hours each week, 6 hours total each week)
• 30 minutes per month of private coaching/consultation used wither for "on call" support for short problems that are keeping you "stuck" or for additional planning/coaching sessions.

TOTAL - 24.5 hours of LIVE, interactive implementation project support available in one month
